So much Fiery Furnaces right now... So, so much. You'd think I'd get sick of it eventually

I have a handful of bands on constant rotation, but the two newest bits of music I bought are by The Used and Dropkick Murphys <3

Fall Out Boy's Evening Out With Your Girlfriend.

Last week I listened to forty covers of Wish You Were Here. It's hard to actually do that song badly, unless you go wildly tangential (Oh, Brad Mehldau!) but the most memorable version was certainly Rasputina's.

Or, of course, mine own. But no-one will ever hear that. a.) because you can barely hear my vocals (I'm rather quiet y'see) and b.) I don't think I'll ever have the guts to let anybody listen.

It's 90s hour here in Felstaffia, and I have everything from The Farm's All Together Now to Happy Monday's Step On, which I always called the Twisting My Melon Man song.

So, basically everything from Liverpool to Manchester.

Ooooh. I didn't even know there was such a thing, and here I am, on the eve of Karen's birthday eve, wanting to land one more special gift...

Just remember to delete this post of yours, or it might seem less special :P

Honestly, I'm still listening to the Fiery Furnaces. There's something wrong with me people. Someone throw me a band to get me out of this loop! :W
